Bunyip Room
Ages 3 years – Up to 4 years
At the Cygnet Community Children's Centre, our Bunyip Room is a busy and social environment where children are supported as they grow in confidence, independence, and connection with others. These years are all about exploring, communicating, and beginning to form friendships.
Our educators provide a balance of guided and child-led play, encouraging children to express themselves, build relationships, and navigate the world around them. Through hands-on experiences, creative play, and daily routines, children are supported to develop self-confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging.
If it is your child’s first day with us, our educators will spend time getting to know you and your child. We will complete a personal profile including your child’s routine, dietary requirements, interests, and important family information, helping create a smooth and familiar transition into the room.
